Interns take on a project that aligns with their study and career interests as well as assisting staff and docent artists during open hours at the HoloCenter on Governors Island.

Intern projects have included assisting artists, producing documentation of exhibitions, workshopping STEAM education programs, learning art center operations, developing arts marketing, assisting with grant research and writing and developing curatorial research.

Interns can join hologram making making workshops free of charge and have access to the laser studio to create their own holograms.
