In my work I create light experiences which often have their inspirations in light phenomena we can witness in nature, such as the aurora borealis or light broken by and floating through an ice cube. This work titled ‘Northern Lights’ is very subtle. Contemplation never ends as it changes constantly, as the Aurora Borealis does, while transforming the world around it, in this case my living room, in a mystical light experience. The lights inside the glass sphere is ever dancing, sometimes bright, sometimes almost disappearing.
